The Basic Membership Pack is the SwagUp freemium membership tier. It doesn’t cost anything to get started with SwagUp. So if you are new to SwagUp or just have one order to place, this is a great place to start. It includes access to our SwagUp Platform and allows you to place your own swag orders. Gold Membership Pack
The Gold Membership Pack is our preferred and more popular membership plan! It offers amazing discounts and free rush production! Yes, you don’t have to pay extra if you are in a rush. You also get additional swag bonus points! This plan also gives you deeper discounts than the Silver Membership Pack.

Do I have to get a membership to buy swag?
Nope! You don’t have to be a member to purchase swag from SwagUp. We still give you full access to your SwagUp Platform. Although you will miss out on deals and cost savings by not being a SwagUp Member.
Do you charge an additional platform fee?
Each tier includes the SwagUp Platform. No need to worry about any additional fees or contracts. You can pick from a membership plan that works best for you and your swag needs!
Do I have to pay for membership if other teammates want to use SwagUp?
Once you are a SwagUp Member, that means your teammates can benefit from the perks as well. If your team wishes to have a separate account, then they would have to pay separately for a plan or choose the free member tier.
What are the payment terms like?
The membership itself is an annual commitment with the options to pay either monthly or annually.
For how long can I be a free member?
You can be a free member for as long as you want. We don’t have any obligation for you to upgrade your membership. Although you will lose out on special offers and cost savings over time.
Can I get discounts without getting a membership?
SwagUp pricing is set and doesn’t offer any discounts unless you are a Non-profit organization. We ensure to keep the best and fair prices for our items and services we offer. The best way to get any discounts or cost savings is to upgrade to a paying membership tier.
