We asked our very own People Operations Manager, Becca to let us know what they’ll be using SwagUp Shops for this year, and here were just a few fun ideas! 

  • Celebratory Life Events - This would be for events such as weddings, babies, promotions, etc. The shops would have curated items for each event and the employee can choose what best suits their needs/wants.
  • Standard Daily Shop - This shop would be available to everyone year round. Employees are given a certain amount per year to spend on swag.
  • Wag Shop - A shop geared towards pets.
  • Game Day Winners Shop - Boost employee engagement by hosting a weekly/monthly game day and the winners get to shop from this exclusive shop as their prize.
  • Supply Shop - A shop where employees can order custom work from home supplies (notebooks, pens, headphones, speakers, etc).
  • New Hire shop - A shop for newly hired employees to get their company swag and kickstart the culture. 
  • Candidate Shop - A shop for potential candidates that are currently in the hiring pipeline.
