Visit Help DeskWhat happens if a package is returned?
If the recipient rejects the package or it was sent to a bad address, the package will be returned to inventory. You will then be able to re-ship the package out if needed. SwagUp is not responsible for the condition the package returns. Any additional shipping fees will be invoiced.
How do I handle submitting multiple addresses?
We offer a CSV template for multi-addresses in the SwagUp dashboard. Our shipping template can be used for both domestic and international shipments. If you need help accessing our shipping template you can find a video here on how to access from the dashboard.
How do you verify addresses?
The SwagUp dashboard automatically checks the shipping address and will provide any suggestions for address corrections.
What integrations are available?
SwagUp has Zapier, Shopify, Postal.io, and Rippling. More direct integrations are coming soon! If you need any custom integrations our team can help! ๐ค
How can I collect apparel sizes?
