No! We value your privacy. SwagUp does not retarget or contact any recipients for anything outside of the scope of the project.
What happens if apparel items don’t fit?
We do not accept returns for improper fit. Our Swag Experts can provide size charts for any apparel items requested.
How can I process a return?
Our goal is to build a relationship of trust and quality between us and you. To that end, we do everything in our power to make situations right and ensure you are satisfied. Do you charge for the SwagUp Dashboard?
The SwagUp Dashboard is included in working with us! No additional fees for our dashboard. We only charge for our swag, shipping, warehousing, and custom integrations.
How long does it take to get mockups?
Our team sends mockups within 24 hours, but most times it’s within a few hours. 😎
