Do packs come preassembled?
Of course! We handle all assembly in-house to relieve stress for you! We will make sure each pack is on-brand with great presentation before it leaves our warehouse.
Do you charge for assembly?
No! If you purchased the items through SwagUp, assembly is included. This does not apply to third-party items.

Can I order individual items instead of a pack?
Yes! Many clients place bulk orders for individual items instead of packs.
Can I make pack adjustments?
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to adjust your swag packs in inventory. If you need to adjust your packs, let us know and we'll see if it's feasible. The minimum number of packs you can request to Repack is 25.
If we are able to accommodate your request, the Repacking cost will vary depending on the number of packs:
Repacking 25-50 packs: $16 per pack
Repacking 50+ packs: $8 per pack
How do you help with assembly and packing?
Presentation is everything here at SwagUp! Â Your brand is important to us and we want to make sure that anyone receiving your branded SwagUp package is excited.
We step it up a notch with our packaging by offering crinkle cut fill, specialized die-cuts, and customized tape and boxes. Every swag pack is personally assembled in-house to the specifications you want.
