Swagup continues to add new features to create, automate and distribute. This month we're focusing on one major launch and that’s personalized emails with each swag send.

‍Personalized Email Message With Every Swag Shipment

You can now easily send personalized emails directly from the redeem page. There is no longer a need to leave the dashboard or copy and paste emails into your email platform to send out redeem links. Once your redeem page is created, simply add contacts individually or in bulk as a CSV upload. Choose if you’d like those to be a standard url or unique url and send a redeem link to those contacts using a generic message or one that you customize. 

You even have the option to resend the email to recipients individually or in bulk and to customize a new message at that time. Redeeming swag has never been easier.

What are Redeem Pages?

SwagUp Redeem Pages are custom-designed landing pages that include a form for recipients to fill out information like addresses, shirt sizes, or even select from a few pack options that you are offering to your recipients. These pages are fully customizable — we can even add specific validations to help secure your SwagUp Redeem Page. Redeem Pages are automatically integrated into your SwagUp dashboard meaning shipments are created in real time and can be tracked from your shipments tab. Now with its more recent launch which allows customers to send a personalized email with each swag send! 

How does it work? 

Redeem pages are included with working with SwagUp and can be created inside your dashboard at any time at no additional cost! You can use your logo and brand guidelines to create a custom background or any imagery that will help make your page stand out! This makes sending swag for onboarding, thank you gifts and conferences more personal! It’s an easy way to collect swag info and automate it shipping out around the global!  We suggest using messaging that related back to the purpose of your redeem page.

3. You distribute the redeem link to your recipients!
4. Information is automatically synced to SwagUp Dashboard!

Our team wants to ensure that you only have the correct recipients filling out your redeem page. There are a few ways you can add validation to your redeem page: 

What validations come with SwagUp Redeem Pages? 

• Email validation - Provide us with a list of email domains that are permitted. 
• Duplication - We can ensure duplicates don’t come through.
• Password protected - If you want to provide people on your team with a password, we can set that up! 
• Restrict links being used more than once- If you want to ensure no one on your team is trying to claim swag more than once, no worries we can limit the link usage to one per user. 
• Swag Selection - You can have users select between items you have in inventory. So if you have a few items you would like people to select from, redeem pages can be used for this. 
• Peronalized Email Messaging - Personalize emails when sending swag to customers, employees or fans

How Far They Have Come

Since the launch of Redeem Pages in 2020, SwagUp has continued to build on this offering and its capabilities. 

August 2022: Collection Redeem

SwagUp introduces Collection Redeems allowing you to send one link out to all your recipients and have them input their individual information on their own. 

December 2022: Autoship Redeem

Autoship Redeem pages are created. This enables a shipment to be automatically triggered with each swag redemption - eliminating yet another step in the process!

April 2023: Unique URLs

SwagUp takes the guesswork of who has and has not yet redeemed swag with Unique URLs. Unique URLs ensure that each individual can only redeem swag once. 

May 2024: Multiple Swag Options 

SwagUp extends the limit to 10 items per redeem page!
